In the event ToolWatch stops working as expected, the quickest solution is to reinstall the ToolWatch Enterprise application on your PC. If you have closed the ToolWatch application, and attempted to re-open it, and that doesn't resolve your issue, follow the steps below.
Install/Re-Install ToolWatch Enterprise to your PC
- Go to https://www.toolwatch.com/downloads
- Click the link "Install ToolWatch Enterprise for Windows"
- Open the file that downloaded in your web browser
- Install ToolWatch
- Login using your email address and password
